It starts with the best materials, cold-forged 2014-T6 copper plated aluminum calipers, high molybdenum high carbon alloy brake discs. Sparta's team of professional engineers uses CAD technology and rely on accumulated racing test data. The 5-axis CNC machine escorts the precision of the brakes and produces the most powerful brake package for R&D. Each caliper and brake disc is carefully assembled in Seattle's factory, undergoing rigorous stress testing and quality testing. The brake kit is lightweight, durable, and can operate normally under any road conditions. Sparta also uses ventilation pistons and polymer seals as a standard for brake kits, which none of the other competitors can do.

This same SPARTA forging series, Triton 6P-A small six-piston calipers can be used with 355-380X34mm SPARTA exclusive Helios discs, suitable for small and medium-sized car front-wheel replacement.
