       First of all, talk about the shortcomings of the original vehicle rubber tubing:

       Although the elasticity of the rubber tubing is within an acceptable range, in fact, when the brake oil is in effect, the rubber tubing will still expand to a certain degree, and therefore it will absorb some of the brake oil pressure. This situation becomes more apparent as the pressure increases. Therefore, in many emergency situations, the brakes were heavily stressed, but the brakes were found to be the same. This was caused by the instantaneous expansion of the brake pipe.

       In addition, the ordinary rubber tubing has poor high temperature resistance. When the brake oil is under high temperature and high pressure, it can easily cause the tubing to rupture. The brake failure will affect the safety of driving! In particular, after a long period of use, rubber pipes with poor weatherability are oxidized, embrittled and hardened, and the probability of cracking is greatly increased.

Now we are talking about refitting the brake steel hose. The internal piping of the steel hose is made of elastic polymer Teflon (PTFE). In order to suppress the elasticity of Teflon, the expansion is completely improved. The outer layer is woven and wrapped with a stainless steel mesh so that each metal tube is soft and does not swell due to pressure, and it can resist damage caused by external forces.

It is because of these deficiencies of rubber tubing that the birth of steel throats was promoted. In materials, the Teflon used in the brake steel hose is used as the inner tube. This kind of material has excellent high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, almost insoluble in any solvent, and has a very low coefficient of friction. It can be used as a lubricant itself. The use of it to improve the strength while further improving the efficiency of liquid transfer can be described as extreme.

        The middle layer is wrapped with stainless steel mesh. The advantage of this configuration is that when you use the brake, the brake master cylinder's pressure on the brake oil will be completely transmitted to the brake caliper at the same time, offsetting the expansion caused by the rubber tubing. To zero, the brake's sensitivity also increases. In addition, the stainless steel mesh is also more conducive to heat dissipation, which can effectively reduce the brake oil temperature. The outermost layer is then wrapped in fireproof and dustproof PVC to further strengthen its firmness and durability.
