Domestic users

Domestic users can use WeChat to scan the QR code on the product, that will lead you to the CZV app, enter the VIN number, and then fill in the relevant information of the purchased product, including name, phone number, product category, car brand, purchase date and where you purchased this product from. After you fill in these information into the QR code, you can check the authenticity of the product.
